Common questions about home staging.

Everything you need to know about working with Radiance Staging — from booking to de-staging and everything in between.

Getting Started

We recommend booking at least 7–14 days before your listing date to allow time for a consultation, inventory curation and a confirmed staging day. For larger or luxury properties, 2–3 weeks lead time is ideal. That said, we understand real estate moves fast — if you have an urgent timeline, contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Absolutely. We have a dedicated Realtor Partnership program built specifically for real estate professionals. We offer reliable turnaround, consistent quality across all listings, and professional communication with your clients. Many Calgary agents work with us as their go-to staging partner across their entire listing portfolio. Learn more about our Realtor Partnership →

Yes — our Occupied Home Staging service is designed exactly for this. We work around your lifestyle, editing and rearranging your existing furniture while adding curated supplemental pieces where needed. We'll also provide written guidance on how to maintain the staged look during showings. Most clients are pleasantly surprised by how manageable the process is. Learn more about Occupied Staging →

For Vacant Home Staging and Luxury Property Styling, we provide everything — furniture, art, lighting, textiles and all accessories — from our curated inventory. For Occupied Staging, we work with your existing pieces and supplement with items from our inventory as needed. You don't need to source or purchase anything.
During & After

Our staging packages are typically priced for a 4–6 week period, which covers the average listing and sale timeline in Calgary. If your property takes longer to sell, we offer extended staging arrangements — just let us know. Once the home is sold and you're ready for closing, we coordinate removal at a time that works for your schedule.

Significantly. Staged homes photograph with greater depth, warmth and visual appeal because furniture establishes scale, textiles add texture and styled vignettes give photographers natural focal points in every frame. Empty rooms are notoriously difficult to photograph well. We also offer specific photo-ready finishing touches on staging day to ensure every room is camera-ready.

We stage properties across all of Calgary and surrounding communities including Airdrie, Okotoks and Cochrane. From inner-city condos and infills to large estate homes in the suburbs, we work across all property types and price points. If you're unsure whether we cover your area, simply reach out and we'll confirm.

A Staging Consultation is a room-by-room walkthrough where we provide a detailed action plan for preparing your home before it lists — covering what to remove, rearrange, refresh and highlight. You receive written notes to follow at your own pace. It's ideal if you want to DIY-prepare your home with expert direction, or if you're deciding whether full staging is right for your property. It's one of the highest-return investments you can make before listing. Learn more →

Staging investment varies based on property size, the service type selected and the number of rooms staged. Every quote is tailored to the property. We encourage you to book a consultation so we can assess the home and provide a clear, transparent quote — there are no surprise fees. Get in touch for a quote →
